Our Spot Prawns

Pacific West spot prawns are wild, making them the sweetest and firmest choice for prawns – they taste just like baby lobster tails! To preserve the flavor and freshness of the prawns, they are flash frozen in seawater while on board within minutes of being caught. For convenience, the heads have been removed with the shells and tails are left on.
